Specific context for workshops and even speaking engagements is Everything Finance
Usually organizations choose some themes and ask me to deliver on those. My style of delivery is research based and anecdotal and experiential. Conversational. I avoid rigid structure of thought and session while keeping to the spirit and timelines agreed to. Given research and established truths from Finance and an understanding of learning styles, it is important to disrupt the banal and constricting training that most organizations are so accustomed to. Easy conversations and interactions aid learning much more. Of course, reinforcement is called for from time to time as also in traditional forms of training.
